How long does a full rewire take?
A typical 3-bed house takes 5 to 7 working days. Larger or more complex properties may take longer. We'll confirm the timeline after the survey.
Will you need to lift floorboards and chase walls?
Some of that is unavoidable, but we plan routes carefully to minimise disruption. We make good as we go and can arrange plastering if needed.
Do I need a rewire?
If your home is over 30 years old and hasn't been rewired, it's worth an inspection. Signs include old round-pin sockets, fabric-covered cable, or a fuse box with rewirable fuses.
